What is it?
A unique, must-need product for every gym; Air CHEESE is an inclined air mat that has a reactive bounce and allows for various skill preparations: starting at low level courses all the way to elite.
The height starts at 2.1 ft. and declines to 0.6 ft., making this piece of equipment compatible with most tumbling strips and air tracks and can be easily connected with its Velcro strip (included).
The particular interior deflectors and the rounded shape make the Air CHEESE a very valued product. It’s forte however is being lightweight, making it extremely easy to move around the gym.
The Velcro strip underneath is to avoid movement when in use and placed upon a carpeted surface. The Velcro strip on top of the 0.6 ft. height end is to attach either a tumbling strip or air track strip.
Air pressure is alterable by using the Analogical Manometer (sold separatly) or the integrated manometer of the Foot Pump, allowing the Air CHEESE to give different bounce responses when more or less inflated.
How do I use it?
There are various uses for the Air CHEESE: on Floor Exercise to implement acrobatic or rolling skills; on vault for Yurchenko preparations, to incline mats for certain drill landings, as a preparatory surface for initial steps in acrobatic skill training; on bars as a mounting mat, straps training as a mount or jump-off surface for various circular skills.
Optimal for preparatory training. Rolling, punching, and departures on a safe platform that remains stable.
Great for conditioning and stretching.
