Further information

The conditions contained in this document may be changed without notice. For more information, please write to us at info@airtrackitalia.com, or contact us by phone.

Air Track Italia ® products are fitted with hermetic screw valves and double watertight gaskets of nautical origin. The valves consist of two systems:
  • external cap
  • inner membrane

Once the external cap (first seal) has been removed, the opening mechanism of the internal membrane (second seal) is accessed. In the closed position the air does not come out, in the open position the air comes out.

NOTES

  • The inflation couplings mounted on the tubes of the inflators automatically control the internal membrane, opening it once they are inserted into the valve and closing it once they are removed.
  • To ensure the hermetic seal of the products, all the valves must have the internal diaphragm in the closed position and the external cap correctly screwed on.
  • The following instructions are valid both for the use of the base tube and for the 40 mm wide range tube, where provided.

Standard valves (grey 25 mm)

The opening mechanism of the inner membrane opens and closes by pressing the plastic button in the center of the valve.

Wide flow valves (black 40 mm)

The opening mechanism of the inner membrane opens and closes by pressing and turning the plastic button in the center of the valve.

  1. Spread the product with the use surface facing upwards and remove the external cap of a valve
  2. Screw the inflation tube into the inflator and check that both the part that inflates (inscription out)
  3. Insert the end of the inflation tube equipped with a special coupling into the respective valve, ensuring it properly according to the type of coupling present.
NOTE: the coupling will automatically open the internal membrane of the valve (see VALVES ).
WARNING: make sure that the electric inflator rests correctly on its feet and that the suction nozzle is free and away from any object or fragment that could plug it or be sucked up.
  4. Activate the inflator and wait for the product to swell, keeping it under constant control
  5. Once the product reaches a good stiffness, remove the tube from the valve
  6. Turn off the inflator and close the outer cap

NOTES

  1. The inflators supplied are not able to cause any damage to the products, even if the maximum pressure is reached. However, it is advisable to proceed with caution and do not forget the inflator on, which would risk overheating.
  2. The electric inflators are equipped with an anti-overheating system that switches off the circuit in case of high temperature or under stress.
  3. In the case of a foot pump, the pressure is displayed at the same time as the inflation phase, in the pressure gauge integrated on the pump.
  1. Remove the outer cap from a standard (gray) valve
  2. Insert the pressure gauge or the pump with pressure gauge depending on what is included in the accessories
  3. Compare with the pressure table or with the reference pressure of your product
CASE A – Excessive pressure
  1. Remove the cap of another valve in addition to the one occupied by the pressure gauge
  2. Press the plastic button in the center of the valve to release the air
  3. Once the correct pressure has been reached, remove the pressure gauge and close the external caps
CASE B – Low pressure
  1. Remove the cap of another valve in addition to the one occupied by the manometer
  2. Insert the inflation coupling into the valve
  3. Operate the inflator
  4. Once the correct pressure has been reached, remove the hose and turn off the inflator
  5. Remove the pressure gauge and close the outer caps
NATURAL
  1. Remove the outer caps from all valves
  2. Press and turn the plastic button so that the internal membrane locks in the open position
  3. Wait for the weight of the tool itself to release all the air or roll it up expelling it
THROUGH INFLATOR
  1. Screw the inflation tube into the inflator and check that it is the part that sucks (inscription in)
  2. Insert the free end of the inflation tube, equipped with a special coupling, into one of the valves previously deprived of the cap
  3. Activate the inflator and wait for the product to deflate, keeping it under constant control WARNING: during this phase it is possible that the PVC bends and plugs the valve, putting stress on the inflator; in this case, turn it off immediately and follow the advice below: – if the product is left immobile, it will be more difficult for creases or air pockets to form and it will lower evenly; – if you want to minimize the time, it is advisable to proceed to roll up the product at the same time as the deflation phase, in order to always guarantee a good draft at the pump
  4. Once deflation is complete, turn off the inflator and remove the tube
  5. Any other air can be let out or sucked in during the last phase of the rolling
In the event that the Air Track Italia ® equipment should show an abnormal pressure reduction, you will find below the possible causes and solutions:
  1. Reduction of internal air cooling
Normal behavior that sees the internal pressure of the product reduced due to the cooling of the air introduced by the inflator.
  2. Leak from a valve
Check that the internal diaphragm of all the valves is in the closed position and that all the external plugs are inserted correctly. If so, check the tightness of the valves using the special wrench provided in the Repair Kit.
  3. Leak from hole, cut or abrasion
Check for any leak by eye or using soap and water, then request assistance by contacting Air Track Italia S.R.L. or by sending your photos via WhatsApp to the number +39 347 235 74 32

1. CORRECT USE
  • The product must be filled with n. 2 foam block fills. The use of non-original filling is not recommended.
  • The product must be MANDATORY placed on a gymnastic mattress with measures 200x400x20 cm. Alternatively, it can be used on spring floor or other protective floors, if used by athletes with low weight or who perform difficulties with reduced elevation.
  • Ventilate and handle the filling often (the blocks tend to get stuck on the bottom), so that at each jump the effect of the protection guarantees safety for everyone.
  • The front net can be removed to be used under the parallel bars, for particular exercises or with kindergarten courses.
  • The pressure can be chosen according to use: if used for assistance, inflate to a higher pressure, this will give more stability; if used with basic courses, it is recommended to keep the structure softer.
  • It is possible to use the product with an exercise mattress on it (as a rise) but it must first be closed with the appropriate net.
  • It is possible to store the product against a wall only after having “closed” it with the supplied net to prevent the filling blocks from falling.
  • The “closing” net can be completely removed in case of use of the product from the back, as a prerequisite, in combination with the big cube.
  • It is advisable to remove the filling blocks and sanitize the bottom of the landing pit every six months.
  • The replacement of the filling blocks is based on the frequency of use also for hygienic reasons (presence of bacteria, dirt, etc.).
  • The front of the product is designed to be wider than the back, so it is possible to make a little effort to close the front net.
  • Always jump one at a time.
2. WARNING
  • DO NOT jump to and from the edge.
  • DO NOT stand on the edge.
